Inner Ground Dance Company offers regular contemporary dance classes, workshops, and performance opportunities in different locations throughout Cornwall. We value the creativity of all our dancers and support a community of creatively engaged older adults across Cornwall.
Our vision is of a fresh and inclusive approach to dance for the mature dancer.
