‘Re:fReSh‘ Workshop 9. Rob Mennear.
Saturday 8th October 10am-12.30pm £6.00
Ponsanooth Hall, Ponsanooth, TR3 7EE.
Rob says, “During our time together we will take pleasure in reconnecting with the familiar, as well as encouraging the unlocking of new movement vocabulary in a nurturing environment.
We will spend time in guided improvisation, building relationships with one another through optional touch, focus and the simple joy of movement.
Set and fluid starting points will be offered and excavated with curiosity and sensitivity, allowing time for yourself in the space along with playfully questioning your influence on the group.”
